Step 1: Your Initial Consultation
To ensure a seamless introductory experience, we recommend new patients arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete the necessary intake paperwork. We suggest wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement to ensure utmost relaxation during your visit.
During your initial consultation, Dr Matthew (Chiropractor) will listen to your concerns, go over your health history, and conduct a thorough non-invasive examination – including postural and spinal range of motion analyses as well as orthopaedic testing and on-site X-ray imaging.
Step 2: Report of Findings One and Two
Your second appointment, Report of Findings One, will be a review of the results from your previous examination. Dr Matthew will combine these findings with your health history, current condition, and wellness goals to begin designing a plan of care that is right for you.
The last appointment of your onboarding process, Report of Findings Two, will be dedicated to outlining your care plan, including frequency, duration, and cost of care. Dr Matthew will come prepared with a suggested course of action based on your specific needs.
Step 3: Your Chiropractic Adjustment
If you do not receive a chiropractic adjustment during your initial consultation, Dr Matthew will deliver one according to your care plan during your Report of Findings. Each adjustment is specific, utilising both hands-on and instrument assisted chiropractic techniques.
Step 4: Regular Progress Checks
Throughout your time with us, we will complete regular progress examinations to ensure healing. Your results will allow Dr Matthew to make any necessary adjustments to your plan of care.
