Raspberries and yoghurt is a nutritional breakfast

We love goat’s, sheep or full fat probiotic cow’s milk yoghurt.
Yoghurt provides an excellent source of protein, calcium, phosphorus, B vitamins, selenium, zinc and potassium plus a great source of probiotic (AKA friendly) bacteria.


The health benefits are many! It’s naturally great for intestinal health; lowering blood cholesterol levels, prevention of intestinal cancers such as colon cancer. It’s also great for immune balancing.


All of this is mainly due to the fabulous impact it has on our gut flora balance. Friendly bacteria really are our friends when it comes to protecting us and boosting our immune system 😀👍
